Below are some guidelines to help you quickly choose the fat loss helped that is best for you.

Question number one: What is your gender? Because men and women are so different physically and mentally you need to find a fat loss diet product that takes your gender into consideration. Men and women can have different trouble areas, they sometimes approach exercise and health issues differently, and have many other differences. So to stack the deck in your favor, you need to look at a program that will address your gender needs.

Question number two: What is your age? Are you between 20 and 30 years old? 40 to 50 years old? Whatever decade you are in, you need to consider that you change mentally and physiologically as you progress through life. Your body requires different things at different times for successful fat loss.

Next you must consider what your activity level is. If you have not been physically active you need a fat loss diet that takes that into consideration. If you have been active and exercising consistently you can start out with a program that has a more intense exercise program to begin with.

Keeping in mind your activity level, you must also consider how many pounds you need to lose. If you are active and exercising regularly and only have around 20 pounds or less to lose, a more intense program could be right for you. If you have been inactive or exercising occasionally, then you are going to need a program that reflects that. Choosing a fat loss diet but targeted to people who have a small amount of weight to lose and are very active would be very difficult for someone that has a lot of weight to lose and has not been very active.

If you are going to have the great success you really desire, you need to answer these four questions.
